which is a subsidiary of Rajabdeen & Sons Ltd, leading importers of building hardware, sanitaryware and allied products, established in the year 1935 has now ventured into low cost housing development . This project which is approved by the Board of Investment to construct 200 units in the Grater Colombo area within specific period. The first project has already commenced in Malabe, which is adjoining the new capital and the parliment of the country - Sri Jayawardenepura, which is fast development and the land apprecitaion is more than 15% per annum, which is an investment by itself.
